Kandinsky Circles: Mixed Media

The 1st graders have gotten extremely familiar with the circle in this project. After being shown Wassily Kandinsky’s Farbstudie they embarked on a 5 medium journey to making their own color study. They used soft pastel, watercolor, crayon, cut paper, and collaged paper to learn their primary colors, secondary colors, and how to make them.
